Responsibilities
- Design and own complete technical solutions for Salesforce Agentforce implementations.
- Develop agent topics, instructions, actions, automation, code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional delivery teams to translate business needs into well-architected solutions.
- Oversee and contribute to project delivery from initial design through development, testing, and final deployment.
- Establish scalable Salesforce data-ingestion best practices for agentic solutions.
- Create reusable assets and delivery standards that improve solution quality and consistency.
- Track new technical capabilities across Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, and other platforms.
Requirements
- 6+ years of application and software development experience.
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure to Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
- Understanding of front-end web development principles, including HTML and CSS.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical details to varied audiences.
- Experience with source control and branching or pull-request strategies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.
- Experience with agentic AI systems and generative AI capabilities is preferred.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist certification is preferred.
