Responsibilities
- Design and own complete technical solutions for Agentforce and AI projects, including agent topics, instructions, actions, automation, deployment methods, and data structures.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional project teams to translate business needs into well-architected solutions.
- Contribute to development, testing, deployment, and other stages of the project lifecycle.
- Establish scalable best practices for ingesting data into Salesforce for agentic solutions.
- Explore Agentforce capabilities, solve novel technical challenges, and identify approaches that drive business outcomes.
- Create reusable assets and delivery practices that improve solution quality and consistency.
- Monitor new technical capabilities across Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, and other platforms.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of application and software development experience.
- At least 4 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure to Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
- Understanding of front-end web development principles and HTML/CSS.
- Experience with source control and branching or pull-request strategies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical details to varied audiences.
- Experience with Agentic AI systems and generative AI is preferred.
- Additional Salesforce certifications, especially Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist, are preferred.
