Base Salary
$87k - $266k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technical solutions for Salesforce Agentforce and related technologies.
- Design agentic topics, instructions, actions, automation, code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional delivery teams to translate business needs into well-architected solutions.
- Oversee and contribute to project stages from design through development, testing, and final deployment.
- Establish scalable Salesforce data-ingestion best practices for agentic solutions.
- Track new Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, and other platform capabilities and create reusable delivery assets.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of application and software development experience.
- At least 4 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure to Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
- Understanding of front-end web development technologies including HTML and CSS.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical details to varied audiences.
- Experience with source control and branching/pull-request strategies, plus familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.
- Experience with Agentic AI Systems and generative AI capabilities is preferred.
- Salesforce certifications, particularly Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist, are preferred.
