Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana’s value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
- Own technical customer engagements and help close high-velocity opportunities.
- Deliver product and technical presentations, demonstrations, hands-on enablement, and technical evaluations.
- Communicate customer and competitive feedback to internal teams and help drive product conversations.
- Create documentation, blog posts, videos, knowledge-base articles, and other enablement materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with open-source technologies or in metrics and monitoring.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for collaborating with global customers and remote internal teams.
- Technical mindset, ability to solve customer challenges creatively, and willingness to continue developing technically.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a varied, complex startup environment.
- Recent coding bootcamp graduates and candidates with post-sales or engineering experience are also encouraged to apply.
