Responsibilities
- Lead application systems analysis, programming, integration, product deployment, and process enhancement.
- Analyze complex business and system processes to define solutions for high-level problems.
- Establish methodologies and standards for application analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Advise and coach developers, analysts, and new team members while allocating work.
- Lead technology risk remediation and manage cybersecurity vulnerabilities, breaches, and third-party risk across the domain.
- Own domain safety and soundness from a risk and control perspective and support audits.
- Oversee application development from analysis through implementation and provide operational support.
- Drive technology strategy, cross-functional alignment, regulatory compliance, and business-objective execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience implementing projects and performing systems analysis and software application programming.
- Subject matter expertise in applications development and knowledge of client core business functions.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, development, relationship-building, and consensus-building skills.
- Bachelor’s or university degree or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
