Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated business processes using Power Automate and related Microsoft technologies.
- Build Power Apps solutions that modernize and simplify business operations.
- Develop integrations among Microsoft 365, Azure services, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and third-party platforms.
- Design and deploy conversational agents and AI-powered workflows using Copilot Studio.
- Manage Power Platform environments, solutions, connectors, security, and deployment pipelines.
- Implement governance, security, compliance, and lifecycle management practices for automation solutions.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize solution reliability and scalability.
- Gather requirements, document processes, translate business needs into technical requirements, and identify automation opportunities.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to citizen developers and end users.
- Maintain automation documentation, standards, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, PowerShell, and automation scripting.
- Experience integrating cloud applications through APIs, connectors, and workflow automation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience with Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, Claude, and AI-powered automation solutions.
- Preferred experience with Azure services, Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, and custom connectors.
- Preferred experience working in enterprise environments with governance, security, and compliance requirements.
