Base Salary

$120k - $190k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Utilize Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
Develop and maintain APIs (SOAP and REST) for effective system integrations.
Lead technical aspects of Salesforce projects and mentor junior developers.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend system improvements.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of professional Salesforce Development experience.
Proven experience with Salesforce products and APIs, including Apex and Visualforce.
Salesforce.com certification is required.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders.
Experience in collaborative team environments.
Understanding of code promotion, version control, and ALM processes.
Sales Cloud expertise in Lead & Opportunity Management and Sales Process Automation.
Excellent English communication skills.
