Responsibilities

Develop and guide client Talent and Performance solutions within the Workday HCM module.
Lead the design of performance management strategies and processes covering employee reviews, calibration, goal management, and succession planning.
Support the Architect, Configure & Prototype, Test, and Deploy methodology stages for the Talent and Performance sub-module.
Define business process, configuration, data, and system requirements for current and future-state solutions.
Develop and drive functional decisions, escalating issues to HR leadership and program decision-makers when necessary.
Manage system processes that evaluate, measure, and improve employee performance.
Establish test scenarios and use cases and coordinate timely solution testing with technical, HR, client, and implementation teams.
Manage project timelines and dependencies, align activities, and identify and mitigate risks and issues.
Develop and execute change management, communication, and training strategies.
Collaborate with client departments, leadership, and internal teams while managing and mentoring junior staff.

Talent & Performance Certification is mandatory.
At least 4–8 years of experience implementing and maintaining Workday Talent and Performance systems.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with employee review, calibration, goal management, and succession planning processes.
Substantial and measurable delivery of at least two Talent implementations spanning at least two phases is preferred.
Deep HRIS and Talent & Performance experience, preferably including an HCM implementation, is preferred.
Knowledge of Talent and Performance business processes and related HCM functional concepts is required.
Learning certification is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills are required.

The position is based in India and is offered at the Associate level.
