Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions using Pega and related technologies.
- Design and deliver large-scale, enterprise-grade Pega solutions across multiple releases.
- Apply Pega architecture, guardrails, performance tuning, secure coding, unit testing, and design-review practices.
- Build and manage integrations with REST, SOAP, Kafka, MQ, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Lead or coordinate multi-stream, globally distributed teams and support professional development, work allocation, and team resources.
- Own code quality, governance, guardrail compliance, and DevOps pipeline practices.
- Manage production stability, L3 escalations, performance optimization, risk controls, and policy adherence.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, business functions, and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to technology communities, continuous improvement, and organizational technical excellence.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with Pega PRPC or Pega Infinity, including Case Management, BPM, and Decisioning.
- Experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise Pega solutions across multiple releases.
- Deep understanding of Pega architecture, guardrails, performance tuning, and security best practices.
- Strong experience with Pega integrations using REST, SOAP, Kafka, MQ, APIs, and enterprise connectivity.
- Experience leading multi-stream, globally distributed teams in Agile/SAFe environments.
- Strong governance mindset with ownership of code quality, design reviews, guardrail compliance, and DevOps pipelines.
- Experience managing production stability, L3 escalations, and performance optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building distributed machine learning systems is valued.
- Familiarity with OpenShift, AWS, Chef, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Rally, JIRA, Confluence, and Stash is valued.
