Responsibilities

Work with customers to collect and define requirements, propose solutions, and deliver implementations.
Build and architect Ironclad CLM solutions.
Configure Ironclad using Templates, Launch Forms, Workflows, Playbooks, Properties, and platform setup tools.
Learn and apply new Ironclad features and major product launches.
Advise customers on solution tradeoffs, business processes, architecture, IT operating models, and cost-benefit considerations.
Maintain applicable Ironclad certifications and participate in the Ironclad Community.
Build project and program teams, organize programs for success, and mentor team members.

At least 3 years of experience working on project and consulting teams.
At least 1 year of Ironclad or DocuSign CLM implementation experience.
Prior experience as an Ironclad or DocuSign CLM Consultant.
At least 2 years of selling and delivering business solutions on Ironclad or DocuSign platforms, including experience across different project and client sizes and Salesforce clouds.
At least one DocuSign and/or Ironclad certification.
Experience across services delivery, software development, and testing lifecycles.
Expertise in project delivery, program management, and SDLC practices.
Experience managing established technology or product departments with mature Agile and Waterfall program management processes.
Experience building project and program teams and organizing programs for success.
Strong management and mentoring experience.
Background or relevant education in Operations, Legal, and Contract Management.
Strong verbal, written, client-facing, cross-functional, mentoring, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Remote or in-person work is available from the Massachusetts headquarters, regional hubs, or remotely.
Some roles include anticipated travel of up to 25%.
