Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and evaluate application software packages across multiple business areas.
- Design, develop, test, implement, enhance, and support business applications in multi-tier environments.
- Prepare design documents, test plans, required documentation, and string-testing results.
- Perform regression and integration testing and ensure solutions comply with architectural standards and corporate methodologies.
- Coordinate change control and production verification processes, including version control of deliverables.
- Identify and resolve integration, application, and production issues quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with IT departments, team members, business stakeholders, and senior leadership on solutions and recommendations.
- Monitor project efforts, identify risks and impediments, and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in incident retrospectives and document resolutions and future mitigations.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS is required.
- Ability to analyze requirements, create system designs, and develop complex integrated solutions.
- Experience with application testing, regression testing, integration testing, change control, and production verification.
- Strong communication, presentation, leadership, organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn new systems and technologies, work independently with minimal supervision, and manage stress and deadlines.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and build effective working relationships.
- Intermediate proficiency with relevant computer system applications, along with basic clerical, data-entry, and mathematical skills.
