Responsibilities

Align business strategy with software solutions and design and code solutions for complex business needs.
Develop and support enterprise Java applications, scalable microservices, APIs, and modern Angular web applications.
Build Kafka-based messaging, event-streaming, asynchronous-processing, and enterprise-integration solutions.
Support application modernization, distributed systems, performance optimization, secure coding, and high-volume transaction environments.
Improve CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, application reliability, deployment efficiency, and delivery velocity.
Provide technical guidance, lead complex problem solving, and oversee technical and procedural documentation.
Collaborate with shared services, enterprise integration teams, colleagues, and solution-development stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree required; a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
5+ years of industry-relevant experience typically required.
Strong Java application development and support experience, including scalable microservices, APIs, design patterns, performance optimization, and secure coding.
Hands-on Angular development experience with responsive interfaces, component-based architecture, state management, and backend integration.
Experience with Kafka, event-driven architecture, distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and high-volume transaction environments.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes, preferably using Jenkins, plus cloud-native development, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and operational support knowledge.
Experience with Flowable BPM or similar business process management platforms is preferred.
Ability to provide technical guidance, solve complex problems, and support application modernization and enterprise integrations.
