Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex Oracle Fusion integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, Visual Builder Cloud Service, and OCI services.
- Deliver AI-powered integrations using OCI Generative AI, OCI GenAI Agents, and Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio.
- Define enterprise integration standards, patterns, governance frameworks, and technical best practices.
- Design and develop REST/SOAP services, XML and XSLT transformations, Oracle Cloud adapter integrations, and custom integration solutions.
- Develop SQL/PL/SQL components, packages, functions, and advanced BI reports using BIP and OTBI.
- Lead Oracle ERP and SCM technical initiatives across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and related business applications.
- Conduct technical reviews, provide architectural guidance, lead design sessions and code reviews, and mentor technical team members.
- Drive performance optimization, load testing, troubleshooting, monitoring, alerting, incident management, and root cause analysis for production integrations.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving application teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and multiple business units.
- Provide technical estimates, risk assessments, project planning support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Execute and own SOX controls and work with internal audit and external auditors.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, technical documentation, testing strategies, and deployment procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum 7 CGPA.
- 12+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5+ years in a technical lead or architect role.
- Expert-level Oracle Integration Cloud experience and experience with middleware such as Boomi and MuleSoft.
- Strong hands-on experience with Visual Builder Cloud Service and Oracle PaaS services including ATP, DBCS, and OCI.
- Experience with OCI architecture, cloud security, IAM, data governance, API management, OAuth, security protocols, and encryption standards.
- Exposure to AI Agent frameworks and agentic architectures, including Oracle AI Agent Studio, OCI GenAI Agents, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or MCP-based tooling.
- Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills, including database architecture design and performance tuning.
- Deep understanding of Oracle ERP Fusion modules including Finance, SCM, Procurement, and HCM.
- Experience with batch, real-time, event-driven, and hybrid integration architectures.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, version control, debugging, performance tuning, and cloud-based integration optimization.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, prioritization, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and influencing technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
