Responsibilities
- Architect and develop large-scale web applications for Apple TV Studio, Production, and Music operations.
- Own applications end to end and contribute to a robust technology ecosystem through full-stack development.
- Design and develop complex, distributed, high-quality solutions, including microservices and RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Collaborate with Quality Engineering, DevOps, Design, Product, and other cross-functional teams.
- Work with cloud platforms, databases, containerization, automation, continuous integration, testing, and observability systems.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Java or Node.js, including JavaScript and Vue.js.
- At least 3 years of experience using SQL or NoSQL databases.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and developing microservices and RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
- At least 3 years of experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud services such as functions or Lambda.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and other containerization technologies is preferred.
- Experience with Terraform, Pulumi, Jenkins, JUnit, Dynatrace, or Datadog is preferred.
- Experience with distributed global teams, highly integrated systems, strong collaboration, and Gen AI tools is preferred.
