Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce systems design and architectural standards throughout the systems delivery lifecycle.
- Provide architectural input and act as a recognized Architect or Design Authority for ServiceNow-based solutions.
- Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, including custom applications and integrations.
- Develop and maintain low-level and high-level design documentation.
- Manage and administer ServiceNow in SaaS environments.
- Contribute to bids and help present proposals to potential clients.
- Provide thought leadership and innovative solution ideas to existing clients and bids.
Requirements
- Experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
- Broad experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, custom applications, and integrations.
- Broad experience across the Now Platform.
- Experience managing and administering ServiceNow in SaaS environments.
- Understanding of architectural structures in ServiceNow SaaS and on-premises environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and good attention to detail.
- ServiceNow CSA certification.
- Any ServiceNow implementation certification.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Ability to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance and meet the requirement to have continuously resided in the United Kingdom for the last five years.
- Sole UK National status is required for security reasons.
