Responsibilities
- Design, demonstrate, and position solutions combining Microsoft 365 Copilot, Agents, Microsoft 365, Teams, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Lead technical discussions with education decision-makers, IT leaders, educators, and other stakeholders to define AI scenarios, adoption strategies, and requirements.
- Translate customer business challenges into technical solution designs and demonstrate the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Identify and resolve technical blockers throughout the customer journey, from initial engagement through adoption and value realization.
- Collaborate with partners, sales teams, product teams, and engineering teams to scale Copilot adoption in the education sector.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of technology-related sales or account management experience, or a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field plus 5+ years of such experience, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in technical pre-sales, technical consulting, cloud solution selling, or related customer-facing technology roles.
- Knowledge of or demonstrated interest in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot, cloud and hybrid architectures, and business transformation.
- Ability to understand customer business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to lead complex technical discussions.
- Fluency in Japanese and willingness to read, write, and collaborate in English within a global team.
- Preferred qualifications include 8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience, or qualifying bachelor's/master's degree combinations with 5–6+ years of experience.
