Responsibilities
- Partner with territory customers to improve their use of Alpine software and business operations.
- Provide software demonstrations and technical assistance to existing customers and prospects.
- Partner with sales on new account acquisitions and customer priorities.
- Evaluate prospect plant operations and recommend uses of Alpine software to increase productivity and reduce paperwork.
- Manage initial software installations, business rule files, training, and transition to the Help Desk.
- Handle escalated and higher-level customer requests as the designated territory software expert.
- Introduce customers to new software features and build lasting relationships with customer staff.
- Collaborate with software development on territory market needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred.
- Three years of construction technology experience preferred.
- Three years of technical software implementation experience preferred.
- Truss industry experience preferred.
- Experience interacting with customers in a service or support capacity.
- Strong organizational, verbal, written communication, presentation, independent-work, and results-oriented skills.
- Ability to travel regionally up to 80%.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
