Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical authority and trusted advisor for Cribl’s partner portfolio.
- Advise partners on architecture and best practices for solving complex customer data challenges.
- Mentor partner sales engineers during live sales cycles and support partner-led revenue growth.
- Build partner technical capability through workshops, bootcamps, coaching, certification, and enablement programs.
- Evangelize Cribl’s value pillars and use cases and coach partners on developing compelling business cases.
- Improve customer outcomes through an expert local partner network.
- Document use cases in blog posts and contribute enhancements to product documentation.
- Travel across ANZ and ASEAN for partner engagements and key opportunities, up to 50%.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, or Technical Support.
- Partner-facing or channel-focused technical experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and enable technical teams.
- Experience developing technical training materials such as workshops, labs, and presentations is a significant plus.
- Deep expertise in logs, metrics, IT operations, and security, including SIEM, SOAR, and observability platforms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for explaining complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
- A proactive, programmatic approach with strong relationship-building and stakeholder-influencing skills.
- Experience working remotely.
- Must live in Sydney, preferably, or Melbourne.
