Base Salary
$200k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Apply existing AI agents and frontier models across Traba’s worker, business, operations, and marketplace applications.
- Lead frontend and backend development while mentoring other engineers.
- Architect and build real-time matching, autonomous vetting pipelines, distributed systems, and APIs.
- Own product surfaces end to end and partner with product and design.
- Partner with the CTO on architecture and roadmap.
- Build scalable, performant products in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience across frontend and backend development.
- Experience with TypeScript, React, React Native, and Node.js or Python.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, distributed systems, PostgreSQL, and messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or agents into production products, including prompting, tool wiring, and evaluations.
- Track record of shipping scalable products in fast-paced, ambiguous, early-stage environments.
- Ability to integrate existing agents and frontier models into products across the stack.
- Experience leading frontend and backend development and mentoring other engineers.
