Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal tools to improve operations and scalability.
- Ship growth-related product and infrastructure improvements across systems.
- Partner with product, growth, and operations to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Design and run experiments to enhance acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention.
- Improve data flows and operational visibility across the funnel.
- Quickly transition from ambiguous problem statements to effective solutions.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to write production-level code.
- Full-stack capabilities with a backend focus when necessary.
- Experience in building internal tools or growth systems.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations without a defined roadmap.
- Strong product and operational instincts.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and prioritize for business impact.
