Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal tools that improve Broccoli's operations and ability to scale.
- Ship growth-related product and infrastructure improvements across backend and frontend systems.
- Partner with product, growth, and operations to identify bottlenecks and turn them into reliable software.
- Design and run experiments to improve acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention.
- Improve data flows, instrumentation, and operational visibility across the funnel.
- Translate ambiguous problem statements into quickly shipped solutions with measurable impact.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to write production-level code.
- Full-stack development capabilities, with comfort leaning toward backend work when needed.
- Experience building internal tools, growth systems, or product infrastructure.
- Ability to work through ambiguity without a fully specified roadmap.
- Strong product and operational instincts.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and prioritize for business impact.
- Preferred experience on growth, monetization, or acquisition-focused engineering teams.
- Preferred familiarity with experimentation systems, funnel analytics, and CRM or GTM workflows.
- Preferred experience in startup environments with high ownership and fast iteration.
- Exposure to vertical software, marketplaces, or workflow automation is preferred.
