Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead development and review of test strategies and plans aligned with project goals, scope, tools, and testing approaches.
- Use manual and automated testing to validate data accuracy, integrity, compliance, APIs, data pipelines, and system-generated outputs.
- Identify resource and environment gaps and escalate unresolved or recurring issues to Quality Engineer leadership.
- Monitor and manage testing risks and defects, ensuring accurate reporting according to ECO standards.
- Prepare and deliver test summary reports and documentation for technology leaders, governance and risk teams, and business stakeholders.
- Guide more junior team members and participate in Quality Engineer Community of Practice meetings to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- At least 3 years of relevant or direct industry experience.
- Deep experience testing Python-based, data-intensive systems and expertise in Python for test automation and data validation.
- Knowledge of API programming, quality assurance, software testing, test case development, application testing, and usability testing.
- Ability to demonstrate analytical thinking, accuracy and attention to detail, technical troubleshooting, process management, technical documentation management, and coaching or influencing skills.
- Experience with controls testing, corporate governance, risk management, software development life cycle, and software quality assurance and testing is preferred.
- No required certifications or licenses.
