Responsibilities
- Lead development and review of test strategies and plans, including scope, tools, and testing approaches.
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior quality engineering team members.
- Identify and address testing resource and environment gaps, escalating unresolved or recurring issues.
- Monitor and manage testing risks and defects in accordance with ECO standards.
- Prepare and deliver test summary reports and documentation for technology leaders, Governance/Risk teams, and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate across teams and participate in Quality Engineer CoP meetings to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- At least 3 years of relevant or direct industry experience.
- Experience with automated testing, API testing, data/SQL testing, and ETL testing.
- Experience with Karate and Cucumber is preferred.
- Knowledge of application testing, software quality assurance and testing, test case development, controls testing, and usability testing.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, technical troubleshooting, documentation, process management, and coaching abilities.
