Responsibilities
- Design and build solutions for complex business workflows.
- Understand user personas to deliver a slick experience.
- Utilize AI tools for coding and documentation.
- Build scalable agentic workflows.
- Take end-to-end ownership of components from design to deployment.
- Write high-quality code and solve performance bottlenecks.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Communicate and collaborate with management, product, QA, and UI/UX teams.
- Deliver quality work on time in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in computer science or relevant fields.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong sense of ownership and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Java and object-oriented development.
- Experience in building AI agents and using AI tools for code review and generation.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs for solution or integration.
- Experience in building and scaling microservices.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL technologies.
- Experience in developing enterprise systems like eCommerce or supply chain.
- Excellent debugging and performance optimization skills.
- Familiarity with Java, MongoDB, MySQL, AWS, ELK stack, Spring Boot, and Kafka.
