Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pricing and billing processes and document functional requirements.
- Create solution, system, and entity relationship architectures for Revenue Cloud implementations.
- Configure Salesforce CPQ for complex pricing, discounting, bundling, product rules, quote templates, approvals, and guided selling.
- Implement Salesforce Billing for invoicing, payment collection, revenue recognition, payment schedules, tax handling, and collections workflows.
- Design subscription, recurring revenue, and usage-based products, including amendments and renewals.
- Design and implement integrations with NetSuite, ERP systems, payment gateways, and tax engines.
- Develop custom workflows, approval processes, automation flows, reports, and dashboards.
- Advise clients on buy-versus-build decisions and optimize quote-to-order processes.
- Prepare configuration runbooks, document CPQ and billing processes, and guide development teams.
- Conduct user training and support deployment and post-implementation enhancements.
Requirements
- 10-plus years of Salesforce experience with a strong understanding of Revenue Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Billing, including hands-on implementation experience.
- Hands-on experience with subscription management, usage-based billing, and revenue recognition.
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end quote-to-cash business processes.
- Experience configuring products, pricing, bundles, rules, quote templates, approvals, discounting structures, automation flows, and guided selling.
- Knowledge of NetSuite and ERP integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft and Boomi.
- Knowledge of Agentforce.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification.
- Revenue Cloud Consultant certification.
- Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Platform Developer I and II, and Integration Architecture Designer certifications are desirable.
- CLM implementation experience and knowledge of ASC 606 and IFRS 15 compliance standards are desirable.
