Base Salary

$110k - $120k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain greenfield and brownfield post-trade technology projects.
Support post-trade functions and business-as-usual requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues while maintaining system uptime and performance.
Perform software maintenance and upgrades to keep systems current and secure.
Propose improvements to development and support processes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and deliver projects on time.
Document and communicate technical designs and decisions.
Continuously develop technical skills and stay current with technology and industry trends.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
2-4 years of software development experience with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle activities.
Proficiency in Java, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Angular, Spring, and Docker.
Experience with Unix shell scripting, Kafka, JMS, Solace, and GitLab source control.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Financial services experience and understanding of trade lifecycles are beneficial.
Knowledge of digital assets, cloud technologies, deployment and design, PostgreSQL or Sybase, and Test-Driven or Behavior-Driven Development is advantageous.
