Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to gather, analyze, and assess business and technical requirements.
- Design, develop, maintain, test, document, and release scalable applications, modules, and RPA solutions.
- Provide ongoing operational support for customer-facing RPA programs, resolving issues and enhancing existing solutions.
- Lead, guide, and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Create technical plans, test scenarios, progress reports, and software design and engineering documentation.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, debug applications, and optimize application performance and reliability.
- Research and recommend technologies, applications, protocols, and solutions for business requirements.
- Coordinate with customers and engineering teams to define requirements and plan new features.
Requirements
- 7+ years of web-based system development experience, including Java or another programming language.
- Experience developing or maintaining intranet systems.
- Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Experience with HTML or DHTML, jQuery, JSON, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Experience with Oracle database servers, SQL, and PL/SQL procedures.
- Good understanding of or experience with RPA is preferred.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Alteryx and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, independent-work, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
- Korean-English bilingual ability is highly preferred.

- Pay rate of approximately $8,680 per month, depending on experience.
