Base Salary
$197k - $243k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the multi-year ML vision and architectural strategy.
- Develop and maintain production ML models for actionable risk intelligence.
- Design the user feature store and training pipelines for behavioral ML.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure proper A/B testing for causal model training.
- Construct datasets and build labeling pipelines for product solutions.
- Own end-to-end delivery of ML pipelines from training to production serving.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping production ML systems at scale.
- Hands-on experience with ML classification, including traditional models and sequence modeling.
- Proficiency in designing and maintaining feature pipelines for behavioral data.
- Experience with embedding-based retrieval systems in production.
- Strong understanding of ML experiment design and causal inference fundamentals.
- Nice to have: experience in Trust & Safety or user behavior modeling.
