Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven architecture.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with administrators, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Develop and maintain automated flows, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled processes.
- Conduct code reviews and uphold performant, secure, and maintainable development standards.
- Support release management through version control, sandbox management, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in architectural reviews and contribute to Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap planning.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the Salesforce organization.
- Create technical documentation including design specifications, data flow diagrams, and runbooks.
- Mentor junior developers and administrators and promote development best practices.
Requirements
- Experience developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Experience building Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or event-driven architecture.
- Experience with automated flows, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled processes, release management, and deployments.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect certification is desirable.
- Marketing Cloud development experience with AMPscript, SSJS, and APIs is desirable.
- Exposure to MuleSoft or other integration platforms is desirable.
