Base Salary
$153k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Secure enterprise SaaS applications, corporate endpoints, office networks, and business and data intelligence tools.
- Modernize endpoint management, identity, and security operations across macOS, iOS, Windows, and Linux devices.
- Manage endpoint and SaaS security configurations using Terraform, GitOps workflows, version control, merge requests, CI pipelines, and automated rollouts.
- Automate secure endpoint deployment, configuration, patching, and software distribution.
- Manage AI guardrails, MCP server security, prompt security evaluations, approved AI agents, and endpoint tools.
- Assess third-party systems and AI-feature risks and conduct architecture, design, and process automation reviews.
- Partner with Detection and Response on focus areas, incident workflows, and business email compromise defenses.
- Conduct security assessments, develop security tooling, and guide development teams toward stronger security outcomes.
Requirements
- Deep practical experience in at least one core domain such as endpoint management, identity, AI security, or infrastructure-as-code.
- Strong proficiency in scripting or programming with Python or Go.
- Hands-on Terraform and GitOps experience, including module design, state management, code reviews, and pipeline-based deployments.
- Deep knowledge of endpoint management platforms such as Jamf Pro, FleetDM, MDM, or EDR, particularly for securing macOS environments at scale.
- Experience configuring security controls for cloud identity providers such as Okta, Google Workspace, or LDAP, including SSO, data loss prevention, and firewalls.
- Experience managing Okta tool usage and MCPs.
- Ability to explain security vulnerabilities, remediation techniques, and technical protocols including SAML, SCIM, OAuth, OIDC, SMTP, and DNS.
- Experience with threat modeling and the ability to teach and guide development teams on security practices.
- Security, systems, or platform engineering experience is welcomed, including transferable experience from adjacent backgrounds.
