Solution Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and design workshops to capture client needs and translate them into technical designs.
- Deliver end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Implement, configure, and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud products.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems using AMPscript, SSJS, APIs, MuleSoft, or custom ETL solutions.
- Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Build trusted client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and identify opportunities for further engagement.
- Manage and prioritize multiple client engagements effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience implementing, configuring, and custom-developing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud tools including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Cloud, and/or Personalization.
- Experience with AMPscript, SSJS, and integrations with other systems via APIs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications such as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Admin, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Marketing Cloud Personalization.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
