Base Salary
$250k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship full-stack products across the insurance lifecycle.
- Build AI-native underwriting systems to synthesize risk and assist decision-making.
- Create claims tooling that automates review and document processing workflows.
- Develop internal operational platforms for managing healthcare spend.
- Build member-facing products that integrate conversational AI and real-time workflows.
- Design systems that improve reliability and operational performance over time.
- Work directly with operational teams to identify bottlenecks and eliminate manual work.
- Own projects end-to-end, including architecture, backend, frontend, and AI integration.
Requirements
- Deep experience designing and scaling complex software systems.
- Exceptional judgment across product, engineering, and operational tradeoffs.
- A track record of leading highly ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong intuition for where AI can change workflows and business operations.
- Ability to simplify complex organizational problems into scalable systems.
