Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify AI opportunities.
- Rapidly prototype and develop AI-powered solutions for real-world business use cases.
- Build and deploy applications using Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, APIs, and automation.
- Translate business requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototyping, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Work directly with users to demonstrate solutions, gather feedback, and continuously improve them.
- Drive solutions from concept through prototype, validation, and production.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for practical application.
- Collaborate with engineering, cloud, security, and DevOps teams to productionize solutions.
- Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with engineering best practices.
- Create reusable AI components, patterns, and accelerators for future projects.
- Act as a technical evangelist and trusted partner for business teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in software engineering, application development, automation, or a related technical role.
- Strong programming experience in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Experience with REST APIs, databases, Git, and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of software development and engineering principles.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience with RAG, AI agents, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Preferred: experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Preferred: experience with MCP and tool-calling patterns.
- Preferred: experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLM platforms.
- Preferred: experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Preferred: experience with Docker, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.
- Preferred: experience in customer-facing, consulting, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed roles.
- Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and rapid prototyping.
