Base Salary
$173k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to complex enterprise customers.
- Architect Salesforce technology solutions with strong application, data, integration, and security architecture considerations.
- Lead Salesforce Core Projects and advise on program and project strategy, direction, and enabling technologies.
- Manage customer expectations, risks, complex negotiations, and issues through complete resolution.
- Review project and program approaches and artifacts to keep solutions on track, maintainable, and extensible.
- Lead internal strategic initiatives, contribute to the consulting knowledge base, and mentor or develop technical talent.
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, clients, and third-party partners.
- Present and explain complex concepts and recommendations to technical, business, and executive audiences.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
- At least 4 years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects.
- Strong application design, data architecture, integration architecture, and security architecture skills.
- Strong presentation, written communication, verbal communication, problem-solving, and business-process optimization skills.
- Strong experience with integration concepts, designs, and patterns.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline is preferred; equivalent demonstrable work experience may substitute.
- Application design and development experience and a strong enterprise architecture background are preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification or multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications is preferred.
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, regulated industries, or enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform is preferred.
- Experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Agentforce for Developers is preferred.
- Experience leading a technical team or workstream and mentoring talent is preferred.
- Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and senior technology leaders.
