Base Salary

$144k - $194k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects by coordinating engineers through rapid iteration cycles and feature delivery.
  • Own architecture decisions and technical design for partner-facing AWS Marketplace systems.
  • Build secure, highly available, performant, and scalable systems using native AWS services.
  • Own partner onboarding and journey automation from registration through co-sell readiness and Marketplace enablement.
  • Drive adoption of AI-assisted and spec-driven development practices across the team.
  • Mentor teammates on prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflows, code verification, and automated testing.
  • Identify and resolve software development lifecycle constraints and champion AI-first operational excellence.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • At least 2 years of design or architecture experience involving design patterns, reliability, and scaling of new and existing systems.
  • At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
  • At least 1 year designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
  • At least 1 year of Object Oriented Design experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
  • Preferred: at least 3 years covering the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
