Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead projects by coordinating engineers through rapid iteration cycles and feature delivery.
- Own architecture decisions and technical design for partner-facing AWS Marketplace systems.
- Build secure, highly available, performant, and scalable systems using native AWS services.
- Own partner onboarding and journey automation from registration through co-sell readiness and Marketplace enablement.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted and spec-driven development practices across the team.
- Mentor teammates on prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflows, code verification, and automated testing.
- Identify and resolve software development lifecycle constraints and champion AI-first operational excellence.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of design or architecture experience involving design patterns, reliability, and scaling of new and existing systems.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 1 year designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of Object Oriented Design experience.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years covering the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
