Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP Quality Management modules to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Quality Management applications.
- Lead process improvement efforts within the team.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project objectives and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM) is required.
- Strong knowledge of quality management processes and their integration with enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience configuring and customizing SAP Quality Management modules.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and create technical specifications.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.
- Competence in troubleshooting SAP Quality Management applications.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
