Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical implementation of features from design to deployment.
- Define and drive architecture strategies aligned with the Maison’s IS model.
- Implement clean, well-tested Apex and Lightning Web Components code.
- Lead structured code reviews and enforce software craftsmanship standards.
- Act as Level 3 expert in incident management and handle production bugs.
- Deliver complete project solutions aligned to specifications and quality standards.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product teams and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of confirmed hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.
- Deep expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Proficient with Salesforce declarative tools and SOQL/SOSL query optimization.
- Strong Test Driven Development discipline with high unit test coverage.
- Experience with CI/CD tooling for Salesforce.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications are mandatory.
