Base Salary
$158k - $197k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical business process management and client delivery activities for D365 F&O implementations.
- Oversee environment management, integration methodologies, data migration requirements, non-functional requirements, and technical feasibility analysis.
- Manage technical task breakdowns, guide Technical Consultants, and oversee code management, deployment, unit testing, and remediation.
- Develop and execute go-live, performance tuning, testing, and post-go-live support strategies.
- Lead project workstreams, drive completion of team deliverables, and mentor entry-level and senior consultants.
- Collaborate with Functional Solutions Architects, Technical Architecture teams, business process owners, executives, and delivery teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and six or more years of technical D365 experience leading projects and technical teams, or a high school diploma/GED and seven or more years of that experience.
- At least three years of experience in software-enabled business process improvement, business process improvement implementation, or designing and delivering software enhancements.
- Experience with four or more listed development technologies, including X++, .NET/C#, SSRS, RESTful APIs, web services, SQL, JSON, or another object-oriented language.
- Experience with at least one implementation technology or capability, including ADO/Visual Studio/LCS setup and configuration with F&O, ADO Pipelines and Build Runs, or D365 F&O functional application knowledge.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, documentation, communication, presentation, interpersonal, customer relationship, business process analysis, and process flow skills.
- Client-facing best-practice consulting experience is preferred.

- National base salary range of $158,000–$197,000; geographic ranges vary for Illinois, Maryland, and NYC/Long Island/Westchester.
