Responsibilities
- Configure ServiceNow Change Management and Release Management applications for the proof of concept.
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and the client's CI/CD toolchain.
- Collaborate with Release and Environment teams to align the solution with real business workflows.
- Deliver a working proof of concept and recommendations for a broader implementation roadmap.
- Apply ServiceNow configuration and coding standards to create a high-quality, extensible solution.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and integrations.
- Strong experience with Change Management and/or Release Management modules.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Jenkins, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of ServiceNow's workflow engine and data model.
- Experience working directly with client or business stakeholders to translate workflows into platform configuration.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch proof-of-concept environment.
- Healthcare or other regulated-industry ServiceNow experience is preferred.
- Experience with Change Velocity and/or Digital Product Release apps is preferred.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
