Responsibilities
- Design and validate Zuora Billing solutions across the full Billing product portfolio.
- Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design and develop platform requirements.
- Review technical deliverables for architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Prepare and present architecture artifacts such as ecosystem and integration diagrams, ERDs, business process flows, swim lanes, Visio diagrams, and mock-ups.
- Lead client-facing workshops and support requirements definition, vendor selection, process and risk analysis, development, customization, testing, training, rollout, UAT, deployment, and handover.
- Deliver expert services to Billing partners and collaborate with EY teams, clients, stakeholders, executives, and third-party alliances.
- Develop methodologies, tools, approaches, thought leadership, and accelerators for the consulting practice.
- Manage tasks across multiple projects and contribute to long-term internal and external relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 8–16 years of relevant experience, including 5 years of consulting experience and 2 years of project-management leadership experience.
- Solid quote-to-cash experience in billing and enterprise experience as a solution architect or business consultant delivering moderate-to-complex billing, revenue, procurement, ERP, or CRM solutions.
- Experience with requirements gathering, use-case documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, user-interface design, data analysis, conversion and migration, interfaces, reports, gap analysis, and blueprint development.
- Experience delivering end-to-end solutions through design, build, test, deployment, UAT, and handover, using configuration and customization, integration, testing, and support.
- Demonstrated ability to lead customer business discussions and architect solution value and implementation best practices.
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies and with accounting; technical accounting and IFRS or ASC 606 experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, and client-facing skills in diverse and distributed teams.
- Computer science, IT, computer engineering, MIS, or mathematics degree emphasis is desired; a master’s degree, MBA, or professional certification such as CPA or CFA is preferred.
- Consulting experience, including assessments and implementations, and experience with Zuora Billing are preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce, onsite and offshore delivery models, outsourcing, offshoring, supplier contracts, and managing multiple projects is preferred.
