Base Salary

$164k - $257k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own features across React frontends, backend APIs, and cloud infrastructure from design through production.
  • Build and improve AI agents, orchestration workflows, microapp infrastructure, and LLM integrations.
  • Develop SDKs and tooling for engineers building on Mesh.
  • Respond to production incidents, triage issues, and ship fixes.
  • Champion testing, coverage, code review, and practices that prevent regressions.
  • Collaborate across teams, support users through Slack channels, and mentor engineers through technical guidance.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of software engineering experience delivering reliable, scalable systems.
  • Strong full-stack skills with React and TypeScript, backend services, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with cloud-native environments, preferably GCP, including Kubernetes, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and managed databases.
  • Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres, MongoDB, and Redis.
  • Experience owning production systems, including logging, incident triage, and resolving issues under pressure.
  • Commitment to software quality through testing strategy, code review, and regression prevention.
  • Security awareness, clear communication, and experience in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.
  • Preferred experience with Claude, GPT, Llama, context engineering, RAG patterns, MCP, AI tool integrations, Temporal or similar workflow systems, Pinecone, pgvector, developer-facing SDKs or platform tooling, and GitHub Actions.
