Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own features across the full stack, including React frontends and backend APIs.
- Respond to production incidents and implement fixes.
- Build and improve core platform capabilities like AI agents and orchestration workflows.
- Develop SDKs and tooling for engineers using Mesh.
- Champion software quality through testing and coverage.
- Collaborate across teams and provide user support via Slack.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on reliable, scalable systems.
- Strong full-stack skills in React/TypeScript and backend services.
- Experience in a cloud-native environment, preferably GCP.
- Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience owning production systems and incident management.
- Commitment to software quality and security awareness.
- Ability to communicate clearly in fast-paced environments.
