Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for prospects evaluating the platform and design solutions aligned with their infrastructure.
- Partner with Customer Success to accelerate customer onboarding and value realization.
- Create technical documentation, guides, playbooks, and repeatable best practices for pre-sales and post-sales workflows.
- Support product configuration and deliver minor technical changes for prospect and customer implementations.
- Communicate prospect feedback to Product and Engineering to influence the product roadmap.
- Manage technical relationships and present to customers ranging from one-to-one meetings to large conference venues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar.
- Experience managing relationships with large, complex organizations and deeply technical enterprise products.
- Proficiency coding in Python and JavaScript ecosystems.
- Experience enabling large-scale implementations on at least one of AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Understanding of security, compliance, and IT processes involved in implementing B2B products at large enterprises.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience working directly with customers of varying sizes, including large enterprises.
- An organized, self-starting approach and the ability to find creative ways to complete projects.
- Interest in secure and ethical AI implementation and comfort working in a small, fast-moving startup environment.
