Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable NLP, generative AI, agentic AI, RAG, and LLM applications using Python.
- Build responsive user interfaces with React and JavaScript and integrate frontend components with AI backends.
- Develop AI-driven security tools, intelligent automations, vector database solutions, embedding strategies, and prompt engineering workflows.
- Design deployment pipelines for OpenShift, Azure, and AWS; containerize applications with Docker and build CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions.
- Architect cybersecurity applications, integrate generative AI solutions with SIEM systems, and apply secure development practices.
- Conduct code reviews, establish Python and AI architecture best practices, and mentor team members.
- Perform root-cause analysis, develop responsive backend components, and optimize applications for scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with security architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years focused on AI/ML applications.
- Expert-level Python programming skills and the ability to produce efficient, maintainable, production-grade code.
- Deep experience designing and deploying NLP and generative AI applications, including vector databases, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
- Advanced proficiency with FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn.
- Strong React and JavaScript development skills and the ability to build or architect full-stack AI solutions.
- Experience with Git, GitHub Actions, cloud platforms including OpenShift/OCP, Azure, and AWS, and web services including SOAP and REST.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization.
- Proficiency with MQSeries/Kafka and Redis middleware technologies.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and secure coding principles.
- Preferred qualifications include Docker and containerization experience, AWS or Azure certification, MLOps experience, NLP or machine learning research experience, and knowledge of transformer architectures and prompt engineering.
- Strong communication, presentation, mentoring, collaboration, analytical, strategic-thinking, and self-directed problem-solving skills.
