Lead AI Forward Deployed Engineer
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture, build, deployment, and production handoff of agentic AI solutions for strategic enterprise customers.
- Design Agentforce systems involving agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, deterministic guardrails, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Own data modeling, processing pipelines, and data readiness across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer-specific platforms.
- Resolve complex data integration, model deployment, orchestration, performance, and production issues.
- Build agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to monitor deployment health and business outcomes.
- Develop proofs of concept, MVPs, reusable assets, internal frameworks, playbooks, and technical implementation patterns.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair sessions, shared development, and technical guidance on critical deployments.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists, customer architects, executives, Product, and Engineering to translate business challenges into deployed solutions.
- Provide field insights and edge cases that inform the Agentforce product roadmap.
- Pilot emerging AI tools, models, and frameworks and share findings with teams and customers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Expertise in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, with familiarity across the other listed languages.
- Production experience integrating LLMs, using frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, and applying prompt engineering and responsible AI practices.
- Deep experience in data modeling, processing, and analytics, including proficiency with Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Deep Salesforce platform expertise, including Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience mentoring technical talent and creating reusable frameworks, playbooks, or internal tooling.
- Clear communication with engineering peers, customer architects, and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
- Business-level proficiency in Italian and English.
- Preferred Salesforce certifications include Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Agentforce Specialist, and System Architect.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD practices, observability tooling, data governance frameworks, multi-cloud enterprise AI architecture, product roadmap influence, open-source contributions, technical writing, or conference presentations.
Benefits
- Base salary of EUR 70,425 to EUR 94,200 annually, plus potential additional benefits and an incentive component tailored by grade level.
