Responsibilities
- Own architecture, end-to-end implementation, deployment, and production handoff of agentic AI solutions for strategic enterprise customers.
- Design agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, deterministic guardrails, and enterprise integration patterns on Agentforce.
- Own data modeling, processing pipelines, data readiness, and analytics across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms.
- Resolve data integration, model deployment, orchestration, and performance issues in customer environments.
- Build agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.
- Develop proofs of concept and MVPs, codify reusable patterns and internal frameworks, and mentor other engineers through reviews and pairing.
- Provide senior technical guidance on strategically critical deployments and communicate field insights to Product and Engineering.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists to translate customer challenges into deployable agentic solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
- Computer Science or related degree.
- Expertise in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, with familiarity with the others.
- Production experience integrating LLMs, using LangChain or LlamaIndex, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices.
- Deep experience in data modeling, processing, and analytics, including Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Deep Salesforce platform expertise including Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience mentoring technical talent and creating reusable frameworks, playbooks, or internal tooling.
- Clear communication with engineering peers, customer architects, and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
- Business-level proficiency in Italian and English.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce certifications, familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD practices, observability tooling, or data governance frameworks; multi-cloud enterprise AI architecture experience; product roadmap influence; and open-source, technical writing, or conference experience.

- The position offers a typical base salary of EUR 70,425 to EUR 94,200 annually, plus potential incentive compensation and additional benefits.
