Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable supply chain applications and client-side and server-side architectures.
- Solve complex architecture and business problems with extensible solutions.
- Collaborate with business leaders, data engineers, and data scientists to develop software solutions.
- Write modular, functional, testable code and develop databases, applications, servers, APIs, and technical documentation.
- Test, troubleshoot, debug, upgrade, and deploy applications in AWS Cloud.
- Mentor junior engineers on design, coding, and troubleshooting.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively in a global environment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 3 years of non-internship experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 5 years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: experience building complex software systems successfully delivered to customers.
- Preferred: experience communicating with users, technical teams, and management about requirements, product features, and technical designs.
- Supply chain planning and procurement system development experience is a plus.
