Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for Guidewire applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for Guidewire Policy Center and Billing Center.
- Translate business requirements into detailed test cases and scenarios, including configuration and integration testing.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, stakeholders, and offshore and onshore teams to deliver quality solutions.
- Track and report defects using tools such as JIRA, Client ALM, and Azure DevOps.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of IT experience focused on QA in the Property and Casualty insurance domain and Guidewire testing.
- Strong knowledge of Policy Center lifecycle and workflows.
- Completed Guidewire certification.
- Hands-on automation knowledge with BDD Cucumber.
- Experience with test case design, test execution, test planning, defect logging, and defect tracking.
- Knowledge of JIRA and JTMF testing tools.
- Experience with Agile practices and standard QA processes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools including Jenkins, Git, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with offshore/onshore delivery models, automation framework design and maintenance, and Guidewire Claim Center, Policy Center, and Billing Center functionality is preferred.
