Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and prioritize complex problems involving financial products and engineering-platform products.
- Act as a reference for solution-detail decisions and help teams resolve problems with unclear scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Define and independently deliver technical plans for larger projects involving dependencies between teams.
- Develop software using C# and produce clean, maintainable code.
Requirements
- Experience developing software with C#.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Strong knowledge of unit and integration testing.
- Natural use of Git and familiarity with Gitflow.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
- Experience with observability tools such as Elasticsearch and Datadog.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Kanban and/or Scrum.
- Ability to use AI in the software development process.
- Preferred: experience with Azure, Google Cloud, Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka, microservices, Event Sourcing, CQRS, Hexagonal Architecture, relational and non-relational modeling, CI/CD tools, and Azure DevOps.
- Interest or knowledge in the financial market is preferred.
