Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable microservices and APIs.
- Contribute to architecture for enterprise-scale platforms and systems.
- Improve engineering standards, code quality, and secure development practices.
- Support integration across internal and external platforms.
- Build and operate production systems with observability, reliability, and resilience.
- Contribute to CI/CD, automation, and safe, frequent deployments.
- Mentor engineers and uplift team capability.
- Drive pragmatic, high-quality engineering decisions aligned with business outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong backend engineering capability across APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience contributing to or shaping enterprise-scale architecture.
- Understanding of security, reliability, and performance at scale.
- Ability to own complex systems end to end and connect technical decisions to business outcomes.
- Strong fundamentals and depth in relevant technologies; experience with the listed ecosystem is not required in its entirety.
- Understanding of AI-powered engineering, evaluation-driven development, agentic AI architecture, RAG, autonomous agents, human-in-the-loop systems, LLM gateways, agentic AI products and services, and LLM trace and telemetry management.
