Base Salary
$97k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical discovery and design bespoke AI safety and development engagements, including red teaming, data collection, and expert labeling.
- Collaborate with Sales and Service Line Leadership during complex enterprise sales cycles as the technical authority.
- Translate client requirements into actionable Statements of Work with Product and Engineering teams.
- Advise on LLM workflows, model training, fine-tuning methodologies, and evaluation metrics.
- Architect model configurations, inference-cost estimates, adversarial testing, and guardrail strategies.
- Develop pricing structures with Finance and Operations for large-scale data and AI safety projects.
- Serve as the primary technical interface for C-suite and technical stakeholders and manage Proof of Concept success criteria.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning focused on training and evaluating Large Language Models.
- Experience supporting large-scale technical sales to global organizations and understanding enterprise security, privacy, and procurement standards.
- Professional interest or background in AI Alignment and Safety.
- Ability to create customized, multi-pillar service offerings beyond off-the-shelf features.
- Ability to communicate effectively between technical engineering teams and non-technical executives.
- Strong project management skills for managing multiple complex workstreams and stakeholders.
