Responsibilities
- Provide introductory technical assistance, discovery, product positioning, and architecture walkthroughs for distributors, partners, and internal business units.
- Support live product demonstrations and Solution Demo Center environments alongside senior Sales Engineers during co-selling cycles.
- Set up, manage, and troubleshoot sandbox and lab environments while producing reusable technical assets and instructional documentation.
- Facilitate partner onboarding tracks, technical training events, and interactive workshops.
- Collaborate with international Solution Center colleagues to provide cross-regional support and map technical architectures to client requirements.
Requirements
- Have foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions.
- Have up to two years of professional technical exposure, including engineering internships, customer support, systems administration, or introductory infrastructure work.
- Understand core internetworking principles and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and secure tunneling technologies.
- Have an undergraduate degree or equivalent practical hands-on experience.
- Be willing to travel regionally up to approximately 10% of the time.
- French proficiency, generative AI or automated workflow experience, exposure to edge security frameworks, proof-of-concept or sandbox experience, and technology certifications or structured coursework are preferred.
